At the time of onboarding, Berado lacked a structured email marketing system. Their Klaviyo account was underutilized, segmentation was missing, and deliverability was inconsistent. We aligned Berado’s email presence with its brand personality: professional, rugged, and reliable. Every flow and campaign reflected these values to build brand trust and connection.

Technical Setup & Deliverability
We implemented branded domains, DMARC, and custom metric creation within Klaviyo, ensuring smooth Shopify integration. A consistent sending schedule and smart list hygiene helped increase deliverability to a 91% score.

Customer Journey Design
We built a full journey from opt-in to post-purchase. This included:

  • Pre-purchase flows like welcome and cart recovery

  • Post-purchase flows for bounce-back and loyalty

  • Transactional flows like shipping updates and stock alerts
    These touchpoints kept customers informed, engaged, and ready to return.

Growth & Segmentation Strategy
We deployed high-converting opt-in forms and embedded smart segmentation, targeting by behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase history. This ensured that messaging stayed relevant, timely, and results-driven.

The Final Outcome

In the months prior to our partnership, Berado’s email marketing had started to decline—Klaviyo accounted for only 25.52% of total revenue.
By December 2024, just weeks after our strategy was rolled out, email-attributed revenue jumped to 30.84%, reversing the trend and surpassing the original benchmark.
Deliverability improved to 91%, enabling better inbox placement and engagement.
